| WHERE IS IT: This is a secluded lake in a beautiful setting and run on an environmental basis. Fishing is by appointment only and limited to a small number of people per day. The lake is under fished so you can expect so some good action. The farm is near Dial Post which can be reached off the A24 by turning right opposite the Old Barn Nurseries (signposted) or take the B2134 off the Steyning By Pass signposted Ashurst. In the village of Ashurst take the turning opposite the Fountain Public House (School Lane) and keep following the road round to the left for 2/3 miles. Daylands Farm is signposted. Follow the track through the woods until you come to the Farmhouse. It is possible to drive down to the lake. |
