| WHERE IS IT: Furnace lakes Fishery is one of the leading carp
and catfish waters in the UK with carp to 50lbs plus and Catfish to
81 lbs plus. The Fishery is situated in West Sussex on the A281
between Horsham and Guildford. From Guildford follow the A281for
about 12 miles passing the turn offs for Bramley, Cranleigh,
Dunsfold and Rudgwick until you enter Bucks Green. Continue for
about 2 miles and you will see the signs for the Fishery on your
left.. From Horsham head towards Guildford and go straight over the 1st roundabout signed A29 Ockley and Dorking, over the next roundabout signed A29 Billingshurst and continue for about one mile after which the fishery will be signposted on your right. The fishery has 3 fishing lodges with hot & cold water and use of a microwave oven. The fishery also provides a service for getting your gear to the lakes situated farthest away from the car park( applies to 24 hour ticket holders.) The lodge at Plantation lake has a cooker, fridge, nice kettle and a very comfortable sofa. All the lodges have toilets. BELOW YOU WILL FIND THE RULES FOR THE FISHERY. AS USUAL PLEASE RESPECT THE FISH AND THE ENJOY THE PLEASANT ENVIRONMENT: RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED FOR EVERY ONES ENJOYMENT. |
